The Palm Portraits Senior Rep Program is an exclusive opportunity for a select group of Class of 2027 seniors from local high schools to enjoy an incredible senior portrait experience while representing Palm Portraits throughout their senior year.
This isn't just another photoshoot.
It's a year-long experience filled with exclusive portraits, creative group sessions, new friendships, gifts, and memories you'll never forget.
Applications open each summer, and only a limited number of seniors will be selected.

Celebrate the beginning of senior year in flowing pastel dresses surrounded by beautiful blooms, sunshine, and your new ambassador team.
👖 Senior Jeans Session
Show off your Class of 2027 spirit with custom-painted senior jeans, fun styling, and vibrant portraits that capture one of the biggest senior trends.

End the year together with one last golden-hour session celebrating friendships, memories, and the close of an unforgettable chapter.

Ambassador Expectations
The Palm Portraits Senior Ambassador Experience is designed to be a fun, rewarding, and unforgettable year. To ensure every ambassador has the best possible experience, we ask that all participants agree to the following expectations.
Parent Approval
Before applying, please discuss the program with a parent or legal guardian. Since there is an investment to participate, parent approval is required before submitting your application.
Be Our Exclusive Senior
As a Palm Portraits Senior Ambassador, Palm Portraits must be your exclusive senior portrait photographer throughout your senior year, with the exception of school-required yearbook photographs. Ambassadors may not represent or participate in another photographer's senior ambassador or rep program during the same school year.
Attend Ambassador Experiences
Our ambassador program is built around creating friendships and shared memories. Ambassadors are expected to attend at least 75% of the scheduled group experiences throughout the year whenever possible.
Group Session Attendance
Life happens, and we completely understand that illnesses, family commitments, and unexpected situations can occasionally prevent you from attending an event. Because each ambassador's experience is carefully planned around the entire group, missed group sessions cannot be rescheduled or recreated individually. We appreciate your understanding and encourage ambassadors to attend as many experiences as possible so they can enjoy everything the program has to offer.
Share Your Experience
You'll receive complimentary digital images from each ambassador experience to download and share on your social media accounts. We simply ask that you tag @PalmPortraits whenever you post your images so your friends and family know who created them.
Keep Images True to Our Style
Please do not alter your images by adding filters, changing colors, using AI editing apps, or modifying them in any way. We work hard to create a signature editing style, and we'd love for your portraits to represent the Palm Portraits brand accurately.
Be a Positive Representative
Our ambassadors are chosen because they are kind, encouraging, and supportive of others. We ask that you represent Palm Portraits with positivity, respect, and professionalism both in person and online.

Applications are now open for the Palm Portraits Class of 2027 Senior Ambassadors.

A limited number of seniors will be selected to create a close-knit ambassador team.
Selection Process
The Palm Portraits Senior Ambassador team is intentionally kept small to create a close-knit community. Completing an application does not guarantee acceptance, and ambassadors are selected based on enthusiasm, personality, availability, and how well they represent the welcoming and encouraging spirit of Palm Portraits.
