Hello, I'm Angela Harden Wilson, and I'm passionate about photography education and mentorship.

With three degrees in fine art photography—a journey that began with an Associate of Arts, followed by a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Florida, and culminated in a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Arizona—I've immersed myself in the intricacies of the art form. My studies have not only delved into the technical aspects of photography but also explored its rich history and origins.

My professional journey has taken me to The Center for Creative Photography (Which was started by Ansel Adams and Harold Jones; who was my mentor through my graduate program). CCP is one of the United States' largest photographic archives, where I honed my skills as a print handler to priceless photographs and delved into the vast video archives that write the history of photography. This experience provided me with invaluable insights into the world of successful photographers who have become renown and remembered.

Driven by a desire to share my knowledge and expertise, I embarked on a career as an educator of photography. For eight years, I had the privilege of instructing adult education courses at the Showcase School of Photography in Atlanta. Through workshops, seminars, and private classes, I've had the opportunity to mentor aspiring photographers and help them refine their craft.

Teaching wedding workshops and posing classes that I hosted has been particularly rewarding, as I've been able to impart practical skills and share industry insights with fellow photography enthusiasts. Throughout my career, mentoring others to pursue their passions has been a cornerstone of my work.

As a knowledgeable photography mentor, I'm committed to empowering others to unlock their creative potential and pursue their dreams in the world of photography.
